Dalbeattie High School pupil enjoys chef work experience at The Kings Arms

Dalbeatie High School S4 pupil, Lee Lindsay, was welcomed into a professional kitchen at The Kings Arms in Dalbeattie as part of his ASDAN Foodwise course.

He was shown around by chef Morgan Smith – an ex-pupil of the school – and given a chance to try his hand at creating one of their most popular dishes, chicken stroganoff.

Lee was given his own chef’s jacket to take home as a memento of his visit.
